The signal strength highly depends on the SIM card we are using. Dust is something that enters into our smartphone no matter what sort of precautions we take. So, it's advisable to take out your SIM card clean it and put it back. This can help improve the signal strength.

If this does not help, we can get our SIM card replaced as well. As in such cases, it's possible that your SIM card is damaged. So, getting a new SIM card from service provider can fix the problem.

5. Switch back to 2G or 3G network

In some areas, we see that the signal strength of the 4G network weak. Our mobile phone are designed to make the network mode switch automatically when the signal reception of a particular mode is weak, however, the devices keep on pushing the priority network mode and this may result in frequent call drops.
To fix this, we can manually select the network mode in the settings of our phone.
